  • 1 Half sheet of plywood , 4'x4'x3/4"

Hardware & Supplies

  • 1 Box of 1 1/4" Kreg pocket-hole screws (see tools list)
  • 1 Wood glue
  • 1 Wood putty to fill pocket holes
  • 1 150 grit sandpaper
  • 1 Finish of choice

  • 1 Seat , 17"x18"x3/4"
  • 1 Back , 17"x14"x3/4"
  • 1 Brace 1 , 17"x5"x3/4"
  • 1 Brace 2 , 15 1/2"x2 1/2"x3/4"

Directions

  • Cut the plywood

    Cut a 17" wide strip of 3/4" thick plywood.

    Cut the seat, back, and two support braces.

    Draw and cut two of each leg type with a jigsaw.

    Drill pocket holes in the pieces according to the graphic here.

  • Assemble

    Use the pocket holes to attach the Seat and back to leg type 1.

    Glue leg type 2 to inside of leg type 1.

    Screw leg type 2 to seat.

    Screw the braces in between legs.

    Tip:

    Note - you could blow up this drawing for a template, if desired.
