At Kreg Tool Company, we stand behind our products and our quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a Kreg product you purchased from Kreg or one of our authorized sellers in the United States or Canada, you may return any Kreg product to Kreg Tool Company that does not meet your expectations within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase showing where and when you purchased the product is required. Since we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this 90 Day Money Back Guarantee applies only if the product was purchased from Kreg Tool Company or one of our authorized sellers. We reserve the right to reject 90 Day Money Back Guarantee claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States or Canada.

HOW TO CLAIM THE GUARANTEE:
To make a Guarantee claim, please contact Customer Experience at 1-800-447-8638 or submit a request and have information available regarding when and where you purchased your product, as well as your proof of purchase.

GUARANTEE GUIDELINES:
Kreg Tool Company reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate this Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
