Directions

Build the Carcass
Drill 3/4" pocket holes into the side panels and attach them to the base with 1-1/4" pocket hole screws and wood glue. Attach furniture bun feet with lag bolts or metal corner brackets.
Use the Kreg Shelf Pin Jig to drill shelf pin holes into the side panels.

Attach Top
Drill 3/4" pocket holes into the top attach it to the side panels with 1-1/4" pocket hole screws and wood glue.

Attach Middle Shelf
Drill 3/4" pocket holes into the underside of the middle shelf and attach to the side panels with 1-1/4" pocket hole screws and wood glue.

Install Additional Shelves
Iron on adhesive veneer edge banding to the fronts of the adjustable shelves to hide the raw plywood edges. Insert shelf pins and drop adjustable shelves into place.

Route Grooves into the Door Frames
Using a router fitted with a 1/4" channel bit or a table saw with a dado blade, route a 1/4"-deep groove into the interior sides of the 1x4 boards for the glass and wood panels to sit in.

Construct Glass Doors
Drill 3/4" pocket holes into the 1x4 stiles and pre-drill holes for knobs. Slide glass panels into the grooves in the frame, then construct the frame with 1-1/4" pocket holes and wood glue. Secure glass with glass adhesive.

Construct Wood Doors
Drill 3/4" pocket holes into the 1x4 stiles of the door frame and pre-drill the hole for the knob. Slide the 1/4" wood panel into the grooves and construct the door with 1-1/4" pocket hole screws and glue.

Install Doors with Hinges
Install the hinges for the doors. I recommend using either cabinet hinges or hidden Euro-style hinges. You'll need a forstner drill bit to drill a hole for the cabinet hinges.

Attach Back Panel
Attach the back panel with 3/4" brad nails or staples and wood glue.

Attach Optional Moulding
Attach the moulding of your choice. Measure, mark, and cut moulding to fit, mitering ends at a 45º angle. Attach with brad nails and wood glue.
