Wood Products
- 1 Hardwood of Choice (Maple, Walnut, Cherry) , 8'x 4" x 0.75" , 8' board
- 1 Bottom base piece , 8" x 8" , 8" x 8" board
Hardware & Supplies
- 1 Wood Glue
- 1 Sandpaper, various grits
- 1 Lazy Susan Hardware
- 1 Wood finish of choice
Cut List & Parts
- 4 Main pieces to create circle , 16" x 4" x 0.75"
- 1 Bottom base piece , 8" x 8"

Cutting Pieces
The first step is to cut the pieces to the proper size. (I made my board 16") however you can customize the size you want to cut. The KREG Trim Router Circle Guide can cut circles from 3.5" to 52"
Repeat until you have 4 x16" pieces.

Glue the pieces together
Next, you glue the boards together to form the piece that the circle will be cut out of. Use KREG clamps that fit your piece.

Cutting the Circle
In this step, use the KREG Trim Router Circle Guide to cut the desired size circle. Follow directions properly.

Clean the circle
Using the KREG random orbit sander, clean up the circle and sand using a variety of sandpaper grits from 80-220 grit. Optional: Use a round over bit in the KREG trim router to trim the edges around the circle.

Attach the lazy Susan hardware
Attach the lazy Susan hardware to both the pieces connecting them. (follow directions according to the hardware you use)
A hole must be drilled in the bottom base piece to allow screws through to attach the hardware.

Apply wood finish to the finished piece
Apply wood finish of your choice to the final product.
Selecting the Proper Finish
It's important to select the proper finish for your piece. If you plan on using it for food directly, the wood finish must be a food safe mineral oil type of finish.
