Directions

  • Step 1: Drill Pocket Holes

Use the Kreg jig to drill four evenly spaced pocket holes into one side of each 3x4 board. Follow the Kreg instructions to ensure you drill appropriate holes for the thickness of your board.

  • Step 2: Screw Boards Together

Glue the boards together and screw the appropriate size screws into the jig holes.

  • Step 5: Screw on Hairpin Legs

Place the hairpin legs in each corner and screw them on (ensure your screws are not too long). Visit the blog to find out where to purchase hairpin legs. Stain and seal to your preference.

  • Step 4: Screw on Shelf

Screw the shelf boards together and adhere them onto the underside of the table.

  • Step 3: Drill Shelf Holes

Using a board the same width as the side boards and two smaller pieces, drill pocket holes for assembly onto the underside of the table top.
