Make Your Cuts
Make your cuts from your 4'x4' plywood sheet using the cut diagram and the new Accu-Cut Circular Saw Guide Track System eliminating the need for a table saw.

Create Pocket Holes
Drill 3/4" Pocket Holes in the bottom of both the front and back panels (24" x 15").

Create Pocket Holes
Drill 3/4" Pocket Holes in both side panels (15" x 13 1/2").

Attach Front and Back Panels
Attach the front and back panels (24" x 15") to the bottom panel (24" x 15") using 1 1/4" Pocket Hole Screws and wood glue.

Attach Side Panels
Attach the side panels (15" x 13 1/2") to the bottom (24" x 15") using 1 1/4" Pocket Hole Screws and wood glue.

Attach Wheels
Attach wheels to the bottom of the toy box using 5/8" wood screws.
