Build the Door
Pre-drill pocket holes in the ends of the 12" lengths of 1x2.
Butt one end of a 12" 1x2 against the inside of a 28 3/4" length, ensuring that the pre-cut grooves are on the inside of the corner.
Attach using 1 1/4" Pocket Hole screws.
Insert the beadboard panel into the grooves, ensuring that the correct side faces outwards.
Attach the other two lengths of 1x2 using the pocket hole screws.

Build the back
Using the same technique as with building the door, but this time with the double grooved 28 3/4" lengths of 2x2 and the 12" lengths of 2x2. Ensure that the other groove of the longer piece faces up, so that the sides can be attached.

Attach the sides
Pre-drill pocket holes in the ends of the 7" lengths of 2x2, and attach one to the bottom of the back. Attach the bead board panel, and surround with the other, single groove cut, 28 3/4" length of 2x2 and the top piece of 7" 2x2.

Attach the front cross bars
To ensure structure, you need to now attach the plain (without grooves cut) 12" lengths of 2x2. These have pocket holes drilled at their ends, which face inside. They are attached at the top and the bottom of the front.

Top and Base
Drill pocket holes on the inside of the front and back frame 2x2s, at the top and the bottom. Align the top section of wood, so that it overhangs 3/4 of an inch on the back and sides, and 1 1/2" on the front. Clamp and screw the pocket holes, using 1" pocket hole screws.
Next take the base piece, about 12 1/2" x 8 3/4". Cut 1/4" corners at the back, and then 1/4" x 1 1/2" corners at the front, so that it will fit in the base. Attach with pocket hole screws.
You can also make a duplicate of the base, and attach with shelf pins, at your desired height to create a shelf.

Attach the door
Using the Kreg Concealed Hinge Jig, drill holes in the inside of the cabinet door, insert the concealed hinges, and attach to the body of the cabinet, with screws.

Feet
Drill holes in the inside corner of the visible 2x2 side pieces, on the bottom of the cabinet. Insert the screw collars, and screw in the feet. (If painting the cabinet, attach feet after painting).

Paint Cabinet (Optional)
Cabinet is primed, painted white and sealed keeping with the coastal style.

Add knob to door
Add the desired location on the edge of the door drill a hole large enough for the knob thread. On the inside of the door, countersink a hole large enough for the knob's washer and nut. Attach knob and cut off excess thread.
