  • 54 Jenga Pieces , 2 x 4 x 10 1/2"
  • 2 Top Panel Pieces , 1 x 8 x 21 1/2"
  • 2 Bottom Panel Pieces , 1 x 8 x 21 1/2"
  • 4 Short Side Pieces , 1 x 8 x 14 3/4"
  • 4 Long Side Pieces , 1 x 8 x 20"

Directions

  • Cut Your Jenga Pieces

    Create your giant Jenga pieces by cutting your six 2x4's into 54 pieces. Each piece will be 10 1/2" long.

  • Assemble Top & Bottom Panels

    Assemble your 21 1/2" long top and bottom panels with 1 1/4" pocket hole screws and wood glue.

  • Assemble Short Side Panels

    Assemble two 14 3/4" short side panels for your box with 1 1/4" pocket hole screws and wood glue.

  • Assemble Long Side Panels

    Assemble the two 20" long side panels of the box with 1 1/4" wood screws and glue. You will also need to drill pocket holes on both ends of the panels to attach them to the small side panels.

  • Assemble Box Frame

    Assemble your box frame by attaching the long side panels to the inside face of the short panels with 1 1/4" pocket hole screws & glue.

  • Add Bottom Panel

    Add the bottom panel to the box frame with wood glue and 1 1/4" wood screws.

  • Attach Top Panel

    Attach top panel with two hinges and lock/latch.

  • Finish

    Sand and stain box. Add handles and locking casters for easier transportation!
